My kids and I always love coming here. A little pricey but it's great quality. Very clean and well presented. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.

i mean i love the ice cream but ive never seen this store so filthy, the glass was absolutely filthy, the ice cream display cabinet was gross, old ice cream caked on. the mix in section was also filthy at the bottom of the containers. no music or atmosphere in the shop.

I ordered from Cold Rock tonight. I was watching the Uber driver on my laptop and noticed that he was right near my house yet, he cancelled the order! I re-ordered it again leaving a note to Cold Rock explaining what had just happened and that I was trying to order it again.Thankfully an honest Uber driver delivered my order. When I looked at the bag, I was so touched that the people at Cold Rock read my note and took the time to write on the bag as well as report that original driver. I rang them to thank them. This was so kind. I spoke to Charlie? Charly? I'm sorry I do not know how to spell your name. :( Just thank you so much! So kind!

Staffs great So friendly. Ice cream choices are great. Genenerous amounts and competitive pricesThey have coffee flavour too and by far it is actually one of the better ones I have had. Not extremely sweet.. has a nice flavour..They also happily suggest. When I told the girl who served me I don't want too sweet she suggested coffee and that has become my favourite...
