The staff are nice but when they werent serving people they were on their phones and there was plenty of cleaning to do. Splodges of melted ice cream all dried up on the counter and the seat we were sitting on. A bit of windex on the glass wouldn't go astray. The ice cream is nice enough, lots of flavours to choose from-perhaps too many. Quite a lot of things on the menu were taped over as they were no longer available, I think it makes the menu look messy and I am wondering why not just remove them completely and neaten it up a bit?

Nice ice -cream, too bad the staff pull the place down. Very unhelpful, not friendly, always on their phones or chatting with friends.

Whoever was working behind the counter smelt of Jim Bean!She had a group of her friends (2 guys 1 girl) in the walk way to go behind the counter that had a six pack of Jim Bean and had containers of Chinese food that they where eating!So unprofessional!!

Very unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Mint chic ultimate looked nothing like picture. When pointed this out told chocolate sauce on it, no mint leaves and so what.Total waste of money I feel cheated.Don't ever go here.Server just turned her back on me and walked off into the back room when I tried to complain.
